Add almond butter and rolled oats. Pulse until combined. For smoother energy bites, add almonds, pepitas and sunflower seeds to the food processor. For chunkier energy bites, pour date mixture into a large bowl and add almonds, pepitas and sunflower seeds. Add flavor and mix well with your hands. Roll into 1” bites. Store in the refrigerator for 7 days or in the freezer for a month. Enjoy!
