I took the 1hour 8 minute both Japanese and English video and translated it into only the English translation version of the following video called Katsuya Okada: "New National Security Legislation and Japan's Diplomacy" https://youtu.be/QlksKSzvMIU Katsuya Okada: President of the Democratic Party of Japan Among topics discussed: China and the G7 economics, Collective Self Defense in Japan logistical support, Article 9 of the Japanese constitution, the LDP, DPJ, "Proactive Passiveism", the AIIB Bank, Abenomics, TV News Broadcast Censorship, legality of self defense, and other topics. Of note: (and this is just my own personal observation) around 24:30 into the video, I am wondering if Japan has carefully crafted a new "self defense" language by legalizing the spread of radioactive substances through the TPP, thereby eliminating responsibility of injury to parties who ingest the radioactive food. For example, around 25:30 into the video where he's talking about grave severe of Japan thus attack legally as self defense. Japan IS in a grave and severe situation with the Fukushima nuclear meltdown, declining young population, and increasing ageing and greying population. No end in sight. --- just an observation--- Around 26:00 Jimbo discusses the problems with quality investigative work by TV networks because of government interference. Here's a good video to reference for that conversation. I didn't translate it so it's both english and japanese. Video called: Shigeaki Koga: "The Chilling of Freedom of Expression in Japan?" https://youtu.be/lVdaxxJqQOM where NHK admits to towing the political Abe line.
